Down Under.

I have come to Sydney for Chrismas. Expecting sea and sun and plenty of picture opportunitys and videos to blog about, i was very excited for this festive trip. However, its pissing down with rain, a little chilly and my phone has broken which means no pics or videos!

Still, in good Aussie fashion, the lolz and the drinks are flowing……

This was my all time favourite moment in Memphis!

So i went down to Memphis Tennessee for Thanksgiving and had the best time!

I visited all the historic hotspots, Graceland, Civil rights museum,  Sun Records and a famous Rib joint called Rendevous and the best club on the planet called Raifords.

This is a video of a meeting that my neighbours (who are the best neighbours in the world by the way) and i had about making a video for the new song that i recorded. The meeting is taking place in the ‘Mancave’ (which actually is our garage that the neighbour decked out into the sickest hangout ever). You will hear a lot about the Mancave in future blogs!!!

Anyway, the meeting went well so hopefully i will be posting the actual music video in the next few weeks..

Back in The USA

Back in LA after some very tumultuous months back in London. Has taken me a while to find my feet again here but i have found them and with only a matter of weeks before Xmas i need to get.shit.done.

First stop. Making a music video for a song that i have just recorded. Gonna do it myself with my neighbours for fun and no cash. Watch this space and if it turns out i’ll post it when its done.

Until then i will try to keep up with this thing and post whats happening

RemeLA - a brit abroad

Hi, my names Remi and Im a british SInger/Songwriter. Everyone (and by everyone i mean mainly my jewish friends), call me Remela hence the play on words in the title, my Boyfriend calls me Dolly, my family and most of my friends call me Rem, my Grandad called me Trouble and since signing my name with a kiss and realising it spells Remix and Remi.tumblr was already taken, i have taken to be called Remi x.

 Im here in LA until my tourist visa runs out so any followers that may work at LAX, fear not.

For the remainder of my time here i will document my adventures, inspirations and possibly my emotions if i feel comfortable enough to do so.
